Well …… I am officially married.  Have been for a month and 2 days, actually.  The last 33 days have been filled with honeymooning, packing, moving, moving, moving, moving, unpacking, and untold numbers of hours of Mad Men watching.  And wishing I could stay home to raise babies and smoke and drink.  Even though I don’t want to smoke and drink all day.  Or smoke at all.  But when Betty Draper’s home life seems more relaxing than your modern day worklife … your ovaries must really be achin’.  Just saying.

In the meantime, I must resign myself to snuggling with these two (besides the hubs, natch):

I happened on this (already discovered by many other people in the world) combo last summer after a trip to the farmer’s market. Can’t wait to recreate it this weekend …

I wanted to try something different for the boys’ boutonnieres.  I got the basic structure from Martha Stewart’s Keepsake Boutonnieres, just had to make a couple changes since I wasn’t willing to spend many hours hunting down the exact same beads her staff used.  I found the flower beads online at Delphine’s Flower Bead Shop.  Can’t say enough good things about them!

So if you read this site AT ALL, you probably know me well enough to have already seen these in some form or other.  But I’m throwing them up here anyway.  :)

Jamie Abenroth, a fabulous Seattle-area wedding photographer and former classmate of mine took the photos.  She did a fabulous job.
